All rights and obligations under the relevant business agreement signed by Zhejiang Sutian Technology Co., Ltd. and your company shall be inherited by Shanghai Dikai Coding Industry Co., Ltd.If the cooperation between your company and Zhejiang Sutian Technology Co., Ltd. has not signed a written agreement, in order to effectively guarantee the legitimate rights and interests of your company, you are requested to sign a written agreement with Shanghai Dikai Coding Industry Co., Ltd. on the relevant business.
